Meet your coach
Hello, I'm Kaya
I spent eleven years in strategy rooms helping companies decide what mattered, and almost none of that time deciding it for myself. Burnout made the choice for me. Coaching is what I found on the other side.
I am ICF-credentialed, trained in somatic and narrative methods, and I work with about twelve clients at a time - deliberately few, so nobody is ever a slot in a calendar. Sessions are equal parts listening, structure, and the occasional inconvenient question.

The Work
You already know what you want. The work is building a life that can help.

What They're Saying
The Journal
What to say when someone asks for more than you have
Three sentences that hold the line without turning a request into a negotiation.
The difference between a boundary and an ultimatum
One is about what you will do. The other is about what they must. Most of us confuse them at exactly the wrong moment.
Rest is not a reward you earn at the end
Why the productivity logic you apply to your work is the same logic keeping you exhausted on Sundays.
