Things to take away with you
Worksheets, guides and the short list of things I keep recommending — all free, and none of it behind a form.

Everything on this page is free
Some of it is a worksheet you can print on a Sunday night. Some of it is simply the list of things I reach for when my own week goes sideways. Take what is useful and leave the rest — nothing here needs an email address.

Worksheet
The Decision Sheet
One page, six questions. What I put in front of a client when a choice has been going round for weeks and will not land.
Guide
What to ask before you hire a coach
Eleven questions worth putting to any coach before you pay them — including me. Written to be used on other people.
Audio
Ten minutes to put it down
A short guided reset for the end of a hard day. No app and no sign-up; press play and walk.
The shelf
Six things I keep recommending
Book
The Art of Gathering
Priya Parker on why most meetings, dinners and away-days fall flat, and what to do about it.
Book
Four Thousand Weeks
Oliver Burkeman. The most freeing thing I have read about time, and not a productivity book.
Listen
One long-form interview a week
Not advice, not a summary. An hour of somebody thinking out loud is worth more than ten tips.
Tool
A paper diary
Not an app. The whole week has to be visible at once or it does not feel real.
Tool
Voice notes to yourself
Ninety seconds of talking a problem out loud beats twenty minutes of trying to write it down.
Practice
One walk without headphones
The cheapest thinking tool there is, and the one clients resist hardest.

Work with me
When a worksheet is not enough
A page of questions can move one decision. A season of them changes how you make every decision after it. If you have worked through what is here and want somebody in the room, that is what the coaching is for.

Helpful reads
What to say when someone asks for more than you have
Three sentences that hold the line without turning a request into a negotiation.
The difference between a boundary and an ultimatum
One is about what you will do. The other is about what they must. Most of us confuse them at exactly the wrong moment.
Rest is not a reward you earn at the end
Why the productivity logic you apply to your work is the same logic keeping you exhausted on Sundays.
